In the not too distant future, the robot historians and archaeologists – I’m assuming the robots wipe us out – will puzzle over a number of things.The most obvious will be why humans invented robots that would be smart enough to wipe out humanity. The other will be why those same humans suddenly decided to start worshiping black people as if they possess magical healing powers.
In modern America, whites fear being called racist more than anything. I would imagine that you could put a gun to the head of most anyone in academia, for example, and demand they shout the “N” word. Their response would be to turn and put their mouth over the barrel and force you to pull the trigger. For most Americans, death is a better option than being a racist.
This of course has made it easy for blacks to be raging bigots. In another age, blacks looked to assimilate into the dominant culture because they feared the wrath of the majority. Now that the roles are reversed. blacks are encouraged to indulge in the most outlandish acts of racism. It’s not just the World Star Hip-Hop types either. It’s allegedly responsible members of the community like this Louisville judge.
Unhappy with the number of potential black jurors called to his court last week, Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Olu Stevens halted a drug trial and dismissed the entire jury panel, asking for a new group to be sent up.
“The concern is that the panel is not representative of the community,” said Stevens, who brought in a new group of jurors despite objections from both the defense and prosecutor.
And this wasn’t the first time Stevens, who is black, has dismissed a jury because he felt it was lacking enough minorities. Now the state Supreme Court is going to determine whether the judge is abusing his power.
On Nov. 18, after a 13-member jury chosen for a theft trial ended up with no black jurors, Stevens found it “troublesome” and dismissed the panel at the request of a defense attorney.
“There is not a single African-American on this jury and (the defendant) is an African-American man,” Stevens said, according to a video of the trial. “I cannot in good conscience go forward with this jury.”
A new jury panel was called up the next day.
After that, the Jefferson County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office and Attorney General asked the Kentucky Supreme Court to look at the issue and see if Stevens has the authority to dismiss jury panels because of a lack of minorities. And last month, the high court agreed to hear arguments.
Imagine a white judge dismissing black jurors in a case because they were black. Ironically, Batson v. Kentucky was where the Supreme court ruled that a prosecutor’s use of peremptory challenge in a criminal case may not be used to exclude jurors based solely on their race. Here we have a judge doing it and everyone is nervous about doing anything about it.
Putting that aside, look at this from the story:
Jefferson County has long had a problem with minorities being underrepresented on local juries. Several black defendants have complained over the years that they were convicted by an all-white jury – not of their peers.
The Racial Fairness commission – a group made up of local judges, lawyers and citizens – has studied the issue for years, monitored the make-up of jury panels and found them consistently lacking in minorities.
For example, in October, 14 percent of potential jurors were black, far below the estimated 21 percent for all residents of Jefferson County, according to records kept by the commission. In September, 13 percent of potential Jefferson County jurors were black.
The premise of this is that blacks and whites are not peers and can never be peers. I’ll grant that the intent is to imply that whites can never stop being racist toward blacks, but the further implication is that blacks and whites can never be peers, which means we can never be fellow citizens. Hell, it could mean we cannot be fellow human beings.
That’s the sort of logic that has to flow from the narcotic of anti-racism. If blacks are objects of worship as whites try to cleanse their souls of racism, then blacks and whites can never be on the same footing as citizens or human beings. if so, what’s the point of having integrated societies? Why are we turning ourselves into pretzels to have diversity when we are not the same species? It’s like insisting everyone live with bears or mountain lions.
No one thinks about it because it really is just another area where meddling fanatics get to make war on normal people. They don’t really worship blacks. they just like it when this crazy judge outrages the hillbillies down in redneck country. It’s why they encourage Black Lives Matter to attack cops and cause mayhem. It’s all about hating the bad whites. Hating whitey is just another front on the cold civil war.
This will not end well.
If the US economy were to implode to such an extent that ordinary working-class people started starving in the streets, people will start to look for scapegoats to blame for their misery. If a charismatic leader were to step in and point to the one, easily identifiable – and problematic – minority and convince enough that “They did it.”, well, it certainly is not going to end well.
anti-racist is code for anti-white
I was called up for jury service recently. What surprised me was that something like 40 people didn’t show up, despite the letter they send you warning in big bold print that you could go to jail if you failed to show. Everybody who DID show up was either white or Hispanic — including two Hispanics who couldn’t speak English and required translators. There were no black people.
Granted, I live in a very, very white part of Florida, but it was still amazing that I didn’t see any black people there. Blacks might be rare around these parts, but they’re more common than Hispanics who don’t speak a lick of English. It made me wonder about those 40-odd folks who didn’t show up. It had never occurred to me before, but I wonder if this Kentucky judge has ever bothered to consider that this might be a major reason he keeps getting all-white juries.
The solution is obvious: we must create safe spaces for People of Color where they will not have to face the daily oppression and micro- and macro-aggressions of the heteronormative, cis-abled, People of Pallor. Rather, they’ll be free to establish their own courts, town councils, police departments, schools, prisons, etc, without the burden of the White Patriarchy holding them down.
Cuba might be a good location for this new Rainbow Utopia, though there’s always Liberia. The new program will require a catchy name…something that makes it clear that PoCs will not be forced to mingle with PoPs. Something that will tell them that they are, forever, apart…separate…Not Us…

Soon the “majority-minorities” in the USA will be Asian and Hispanic.
Neither of these two groups will even pretend to give the black “grievances” one iota of credibility, nor blame whitey for the black social pathologies.
Ironically, the democrats are all for open borders through which mostly hispanics flood into the USA, and blacks vote 100% of the time for democrats. Blacks are voting for their own irrelevancy.
Also note that wealthy , black elites – like Oprah or Obama- totally IGNORE ( if not detest) inner city blacks and make ZERO substantive efforts to help them. Oprah will fund a school in S. Africa while stating that inner city blacks here in the USA are just concerned with the latest pair of Nikes.
The experiences of Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, Belgium, Sweden demonstrate that differing ethnic groups plunged together by the ruling elites oft times will NOT assimilate and will live near each other but inhabit different socio-economic planets.
Here in the USA , Asians have assimilated very successfully and their economic standing is higher than whites, even though they were discriminated against since the mid-1800s. Since Asians never were a poitical “game” for politicians – Asians could not be exploited for purely political reasons – Asians were left “alone” by the politicians and left wing groups.
Unfortunately for blacks , they have been anointed by the politicians and lefty elites as a political tool ( to advance the wealth and power of these elites and lefties) , and accordingly are sacrificial lambs – to be discarded when no longer useful. Blacks have bought into the blame whitey game – a convenient excuse for many to explain their social pathologies- and as long as they look to the WHITE ELITES ( and black, MILLIONAIRE poverty pimps) to deliver them into prosperity, they will make precious little economic progress .
It really is a shame, because they CAN be successful.
The robot historians and archaeologists will also examine the evidence of the white, male dominated culture that was the most fearsome and well organized band of warriors ever assembled, that built a society that was second to none in wealth, justice, and opportunity (not perfect, mind you, but second to none), and had the collective capacity and research tools to develop the robot intelligence in the first place. They will try to figure out how it all went off the rails, and the best answer they will find was that there was a differential of outcomes across humanity, and “it was not fair, dammit!”. So the white, male culture allowed and assisted in its own dismantlement. Because in a just world, “fairness” apparently trumps all.

I don’t care anymore, as long as it ends.
This will not even begin to change until the Left is made to pay a price for what they’ve done to this country.
I remember in the news section of the old Natlamp there was a story with the headline (I quote from memory) ” Cub Slugger Jerry Morales Mugged by Elderly Jewish Man”. The article reported that the assailant, Sidney Greenbaum, would be tried by a jury of his peers, “preferably twelve elderly Jews who have been frequently mugged.”
It is an interesting thought that the (black) judge in this piece fundamentally mistrusts (white) people and their views, no matter how much he has been elevated by a system dreamed up by (white) people. No doubt he would, therefore, be horrified that (white) people might not in turn trust (black) judges because any (racist/race-orientated) views by the bench are, er, prejudicial.
He would of course claim that the colour of his skin is immaterial in overseeing justice, but equally insist that the colour of the jury is not immaterial. How odd, some might say.
