Tebow & The Left

When Tim Tebow was at Florida I was not a fan primarily because I think the University of Florida football program in an ongoing criminal enterprise. The SEC is called the “So Everyone Cheats” league for a reason. That reason is the schools are run by moral nullities who would make Nietzsche blush.  Otherwise, I had no reason to love him or hate him. I’m a not a big fan of the spread option either. I don’t hate it, but I just think it is sand lot football. Anyway, I had no dog in the Tebow fight when he came to the NFL I thought some smart team would use a later pick to bring him in as a project. Let him learn for a few years an maybe you have something.

That changed when the Left learned that someone called a “quarterback” was a proud and faithful Christian. Their deep hatred of Christians took over and every silly sports weenie in America was expected to be out on the corner ululating against Tim Tebow. When he got on the field and it was clear he was not ready, they started piling on in the way that only lunatic can do properly. If anyone doubts that American liberalism is a religion, just look at their reaction to Tebow. If it was learned that the best Egyptian soccer player was part Jewish or a secret Christian, the reaction by Muslims would pale in comparison to how liberals have reacted to Tebow. As a result, I root for the guy.

Anyway, I was listening to WEEI this morning and their nitwits were talking about Tebow. New England is the ancestral home of the American Moonbat so it makes sense to keep Tebow in the rotation. The fact that a sports station is willing to devote hours to the third string quarterback tells us a couple of things. One is the Left controls this country’s culture absolutely. The most diehard NFL fans cannot name their team’s third string QB. Because the Left has made Tebow an epithet, everyone is curious about the guy. So much so the only club willing to take on the guy was New England. Think about that. The howling from the Left almost drove Tebow out of the league.

Think about that for a second. According to polls, 20% of the public describes themselves as Liberal. More than half the country attends a Christian church regularly. Yet it is the CML, Church of Modern Liberalism, that regulated the culture, even down to the opinion of the third string QB for an NFL team. That’s the power of a mass movement. it is why Egypt is on fire and why Barak Obama is in the White House. Against a dedicated, well organized minority held together by a common religion, Christianity and commonsense don’t stand a chance.
